Hot Chicken & Artichoke Dip

Mix up your usual dip by swapping out spinach for chicken, and serve this hot and creamy dip with your favorite toasted bread, chips or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10 ounces) premium chunk breast of chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 can (8 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2-quart ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until mixture is hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
