Top your salad of crunchy greens and other colorful veggies with a healthful homemade dressing. Mealtime.org replaces most of the oil with a nutritious, puréed canned fruit or veggie for a dressing that is virtually fat-free and provides an extra dose of fruits or veggies. Hint: You can also use these dressings as marinades and dipping sauces!
