Ideal for an everyday entree or any special occasion, this crunchy, creamy, cheesy baked chicken will have everyone asking for seconds!
Ingredients:6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup white wine or water
1 package stuffing mix
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation Time: Approximately 10 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 40 minutes
Preparation:Heat the oven to 350°F. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top each piece of chicken with cheese. Combine the soup and wine, and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with a layer of stuffing mix, and top with melted butter. Bake for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
