Serve this fancy dip with your favorite vegetables, chips or crackers for a perfect party appetizer.
Ingredients:2 cans (13 3/4 ounces each) artichoke hearts
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (4 ounces) diced chilies, drained
1 cup mayonnaise 1 clove minced garlic
Preparation Time: Approximately 5 minutes
Cook Time: Approximately 10 minutes
Preparation:Heat oven to 400°F. Chop artichokes into small pieces, mix all the ingredients in a small oven-to-table baking dish. Spread the top evenly, and bake until bubbly, about 10 minutes. Serve surrounded by sliced vegetables, toasts, crackers or chips for dipping.
