Fruit Smoothie

Serves 4

Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cans (16 oz each) apricots, peaches, pears, pineapple
or fruit cocktail in any combination, packed in water or 100% juice
2 TBS fresh lemon juice
1 pint frozen yogurt

Preparation

Purée fruit with juice from the can and lemon juice in a blender. Add frozen yogurt in small chunks, blending until smooth. Serve immediately in tall glasses with straws.
