Notes
(Note: This is a plant-based dessert if granola contains no honey.)
Ingredients
- 4 ounces plain almond or cashew “cream cheese” (113g)
- 1 (5.3-ounce/150g) container cashewmilk or other plant-based vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup granola cereal, well crumbled (60g)
- 12 pitted Amarena-style or natural maraschino cherries, stems removed (70g)
Instructions
- 1. In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the “cream cheese,” yogurt, and lemon zest until creamy.
- 2. Sprinkle the granola into four juice glasses or small dessert dishes, top with the “cheesecake” mixture and cherries, and serve.
